Delivery

 

Q: Which courier do you use?

A: Most orders are dispatched using a three working days Royal Mail service within the UK. 

A: At the moment, we do not ship outside the UK by our store system.

A: If you want place an order with worldwide shipping, please contact our customer service.

 

Q: I placed an order using Standard delivery, can I upgrade to next day?

A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the speed of your delivery

as we might have dispatched the products.

 

Q: I need to change my address.

Q: I ordered for next day delivery but have not received my items.

A: Orders shall be not dispatched Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays 

– unless by prior arrangement at the extra cost to the customer.

A: Orders placed on a next day delivery service between Monday to Friday

before 4PM GMT will be delivered the next working day.

A: Any orders placed after 4PM on this service will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
